![]() ![]() ![]() When you research a City wall that's in an age higher than the walls you've currently got, you'll need to upgrade it, again using gold and/or supplies. ![]() The city walls would automatically be added just outside the perimeter of your city and can be clicked on to open up a menu, so you can spend gold and/or supplies on upgrading it, which would take a certain amount of time, and then you can use forge points/diamonds to decrease the waiting time. For example it would take 5 bronze age techs to unlock a bronze age wall at lv 1, then you'd have to spend forge points to research and add them to your city, which would grant your defending troops a small defence boost. As you research techs in a certain age you'll slowly unlock the ability to get city walls from that age. I propose that you'll be able to add city walls by progressing down the tech tree then spending forge points to build and upgrade them. The type of barracks I'm presenting would help people to save space and make them more inclined to spend gold and diamonds on forge points. I think the addition of city walls would make cities look more aesthetically pleasing while adding a defence bonus. I'm sure upgrading your default defending army has been mentions, but again, I've got a different take on it. There was a similar suggestion regarding city walls, but I've got a different take on it. Have you Checked the Ideas section for the same idea posted by someone else? Is this idea similar to one that has been previously suggested?: To add in City walls to give a defence bonus without needing a GB and a barracks to upgrade your default defending army. ![]()
